Intel Macs, Windows/Linux ARM and other operating systems are not assigned a substitute installer. Versioned download links are listed only for qualified final packages.
Install the matching package
- macOS: open the DMG and copy the app to Applications, then open it.
- Windows: run the installer and follow its prompts.
- Linux: save the AppImage on a writable local filesystem, allow it to execute, and open it with the desktop prerequisites installed. Keep the Chromium sandbox enabled.
Import your license offline
Save the attached eml-to-pdf.lic from the license email. Open the app's license details, choose Import license, and select that file. Keep a separate backup. No activation connection is needed.
Updates and manual recovery
Eligible licensed installations can check for covered updates. A notification does not start a download; choose Update to begin. You can disable automatic checks. Manual installation remains available regardless of licensing.
For a damaged installation, close the app and reinstall the matching qualified package. Preserve your saved work and license backup. Downloads and updates use the same R2 host; an outage can interrupt both. The R2 download host is the sole installer source.
